BEER MAKING STEP’S

1.    Get your water to 160 degrees.  Start out with 6, six gallons. You will end up with only 5. Five gallons.

2.    Put your grains into a grain bag and tie the top tight.

3.    Put it into your water. Mix it, or stir it slow.

4.    After TWENTY minuets, throw out your grain bag. Don’t squeeze your bag; don’t want to get any proteins out.   

5.    Turn up the heat, As your water is heating up add your SPRAY MALT, keep stirring, ADD MALT EATRACT & BEET SUGAR, Keep Stirring it until you have a nice slow boil.

6.    Let it Boil for 30 Minutes. Then,

7.    Add your Bettering hops. Or your 1st first hops.

8.    Let that boil for 15 minutes, and then add your 2nd hops.

9.    Let that Boil for 15 minutes and if you have IRISH MOSS add it. For Clarifying. After the 15 minutes you’re done. Let cool off down too 100 degrease. Or lower. Pour it into you PRIMARY BUCKETT, and add your yeast. Make sure water is in AIR LOCK.

10.                       After 3 days rack (SIPHON) into your secondary. Make sure your air lock is tight. And everything is sanitized.

11.                       After 4 days. Siphon, or RACK it into your, Clean Secondary and add your PRIMMING SUGAR. And Start Bottling.

12.                       After your done capping set it away for 15 days and let the carbonation build up. And ENJOY!

KOLSCH $36.50
This is a crisp, clean, easy-drinking ale. It has a straw-yellow hue similar to a pilsner, But is less hoppy, A bit sweeter and uses pale malts and a small amount of wheat. The lagar-like characteristics this ale is famous for are achieved by using a liquid Kolsch yeast.


ENGLISH PALE ALE $39.95
A classic English style that yields medium-high bitterness above a foundation of carmel maltness. Hop caracter is derived from a heavy bittering addition. This is a well-balanced , drinkable Special Bitter.


American Pale Ale $41.95
Perhapes the most widely brewed American style ale . Moderatly strong hop aroma and bitterness. Pale ale malt base provides deep gold, almost amber , color and medium-bodied mouthfeel.

MUNICH HELLES $41.95
A light colored German lager with a malty profile. Slighty sweet with just enough bittering hops to balance the malt. This kit includes a lager yeast that will also perform well if fermented at ale tempertures.
